30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all Ruci porcelain products. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, provided it meets our eligibility requirements.

Return Eligibility

Considering Ruci porcelain’s fragility and craftsmanship, returned items must meet these conditions:

- Undamaged, unused, and free from scratches, stains, or wear.

- Original tags, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and packaging (foam, cartons, protective wrapping) must be intact.

- Original receipt or proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at zhaoyangau100@gmail.com with your order number, product name, return reason, and clear photos/videos of the item.

After your request is confirmed, we will provide the official return address. Do not send items back without prior confirmation—unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Eligible returns will receive a shipping label (if applicable) and packaging instructions to avoid transit damage.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged (chipped, cracked, broken), or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos and your order number for a replacement, refund, or solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following Ruci porcelain items are non-returnable:

- Custom/personalized products (engraved, custom-designed).

- Items used, damaged, or modified by the customer.

- Items without original packaging, tags, or certificates (if applicable).

- Sale, clearance items, and gift cards (final sale).

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current product first. Once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item. Direct exchanges are not offered.

Refunds

We will email you once we receive and inspect your return to confirm refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Banks/credit card companies may take 3-7 business days to post the refund.
